Visiting a church for the first time could be a bit awkward. We get that.

Often there’s some degree of trepidation as you walk up to the main entrance. Who will be there to greet you? Sincerely friendly people who are glad you came!

Also, in our café, there’s a hot fresh cup of coffee and other refreshments waiting for you.

We have a favor to ask you when you come to visit: Relax and enjoy!  We desire for your experience to be a positive and uplifting one.

Below are the most common questions that we get asked. If we missed any, just reach out and let us know!

What should I expect regarding my children?

Your children will LOVE our kids’ church program! They will be so happy they came.

They will be checked in when you and your family walk through the front door. You will be introduced to our lead pastor and his wife, the kids’ church director. Any questions you have will be answered to your satisfaction with a smile.

All ages will remain in the sanctuary during the music portion of the service. Then…

After the music portion, our caring and professional “Kid Zone” staff will escort them to their super fun crafts and video activities where they will learn about Jesus and make new friends.

Will I feel comfortable bringing my baby or toddler?

Absolutely!

Please feel comfortable enjoying the music portion of the service and then, if necessary…

Enjoy the message in our “green room” downstairs. It’s sanitized weekly. It’s also private and quite comfortable with a baby changing table, carpet, toys, rocking chairs, etc.

Also, we have security protocols to ensure the utmost safety.

Where do I park?

We have parking available on the street directly in front of our building or in our parking lot just to the left of our building.

Where’s your coffee?

We’re happy to be of service. When you get here, head downstairs to our cafe for a cup of fresh, hot coffee. Grab a snack and a bottled water while you’re at it… if you like.

Can I bring coffee into the sanctuary?

Yep. Grab a cup and head on in!

What should I wear?

Our staff likes to wear jeans but if you came in a sports jacket or a dress, you’d still feel just fine because we’re not picky about this.

Should I bring my Bible?

If you own a Bible it would be a good idea to bring it. Our pastor refers to it often and he will even encourage you to mark it up as your life-textbook. Any version will do just fine.

Some of our church members prefer to use an app on their phones. We recommend the “YouVersion” or “Bible Hub” app. Great apps.

If you don’t have a Bible, it’s no worries because one of our ushers will have one available for you, that is if you’d like one. Also, a note sheet is available for the avid note-taker types.
